PURPOSE: A method is provided to produce a kraft paper or a corrugated container of high intensity by collecting an UKP(unbleached kraft pulp) contained in an OCC(old corrugated container). CONSTITUTION: A liner paper is separated with a corrugated paper by melting a glue between the corrugated paper and the liner paper after cutting an OCC using a shredder-cutter(21). While a swelling of a UKP contained inside a liner paper is promoted by inputting a caustic soda of 5-15kg for a dry pulp 1ton into a variable speed pulper(23) after ventilating a dispersed corrugated paper, a pulping of high speed is performed until sufficiently dispersing a fibrin of the liner paper. The pulp moved to a long fiber chest(14) is washed by an HD(high density) cleaner(2), a coarse screen(3), and a fine screen(4) and the UKP is dispersed by a non-refining disperser(16) and sent to a long fiber tank(17) by collecting. The pulp of long fiber stored in the long fiber tank(17) becomes a recycled UKP by passing a dry processing process.
