PURPOSE: A portable digital device is provided to proceed MP3 practice, organizing, voice recognition and digital data processing and management by using a mobile storage device. CONSTITUTION: A clock disk(1002) transmits data to a CPU(1010) through an ATAPI(AT Attached Packet Interface)(1006). A memory A(1008) to store data is connected to the CPU(1010). A voice recognition part(1026), an MP3 decoder(1012) and a voice compression/decompression part(1028) are connected to the CPU(1010) through a switch part(1034). A key pad(1022) as input means and an LCD(1020) as display means are connected to the CPU(1010). A voice inputted through a microphone(1032) is converted into a digital data through a voice CODEC device(1030), and transmitted to the voice compression/decompression part(1028).
