PURPOSE: An one pass cutting of numerical control for a vehicle wheel is provided to reduce a process and to have excellent preciseness of process by performing an one pass cutting, to exactly measure data, to exactly manage a vehicle wheel to quickly maintain and repair, to automatically transmit and process a chip and to extend the life span of a machine by continuously variable-transmitting. CONSTITUTION: A cutting apparatus is composed of a vehicle wheel rotator(1) for rotating the vehicle wheel, a vehicle shaft supporter(2) for supporting a lower end of a vehicle shaft housing, a vehicle shaft presser(3) for fixing an upper end of the vehicle shaft housing by pressing, an inside supporter of the vehicle wheel for supporting an inner face of the vehicle wheel, a vehicle wheel outline measurer(5) for deciding the depth of cutting by measuring the worn outline of the vehicle wheel, a vehicle wheel processor(6) for processing the vehicle wheel and a vehicle wheel diameter measurer(7) for measuring the diameter.
