PURPOSE: A curtain type buffer is provided to apply to a seat where an air bag is difficult to install by installing a curtain type protection film between a ceiling and a floor, to enable a driver to manually operate, to confirm the operation and to recycle. CONSTITUTION: A buffering film(1) wound up a rotary shaft around the ceiling of a seat in a vehicle is installed, and an automatically returning type rope recollection device(2) is installed around the floor part of the vehicle or a lower part of the seat. Herein, while the vehicle travels, the end of the rope is combined with a ring(3) for settling and separating the rope installed on both ends of the buffering film so that an inertia switch installed on one end of the buffer film device is operated to release an axle chain when a collis ion accident occurs. Thereby, the buffer film is spread in front of the seat with a restoration force of a spring elastically installed in the automatically returning type rope recollection device.
