PURPOSE: A method of producing functional water containing humic solution from oceanic unicellular diatoms and oxygen 3times of normal water is provided, which performs a sterilizing function and activates cells of animals and plants CONSTITUTION: A functional water is prepared by getting high-quality undiluted solution of humic extracted from oceanic unicellular diatoms, making an ionic solution by dissolving oxygen 2times of normal water into tap water, water of lake and sea, getting water-soluble ionic solution by precipitating the humic solution with the iconic solution for 5-20hours, mixing ozone with the water-soluble ionic solution in an ozonizer, and circulating water frozen at 4°C by passing the mixture through a ceramic charger, mixing under high pressure and through a heat exchanger.
