PURPOSE: Preparation of ginseng containing red ginseng component in rapid and easy, using electrical bowl. CONSTITUTION: This preparation is very simple method than the traditional method, steaming continuously at the same temperature, heating slowly less than 100°C with weak electric current about 200w. steamed the ginseng with about 95°C for 10-24 hours but steaming times are variant from undried ginseng and white ginseng. During the steaming time, the ginseng is ripening slowly and having red ginseng components, the color of ginseng is changed reddish brown to black. |
