PURPOSE: A device is provided to easily keep and carry by minimizing the volume and weight of a body(1) and to minimize a non-welding part. CONSTITUTION: A wheel(1') made up of a special material such as a silicon is installed on a lower face of a carriage body(1), and a steering wheel(1") is attached on an upper end by installing a bar(1') on an upper part of the body. A slide fixing stand(3) is installed in front of the body so that it is fixed by a regulation tool(3'), and a slide(2) installed on a slide fixing stand(3) is fixed with a fixing device(2') by regulating the height of the slide. Then, a plated(6) connected to the slide(2) is clamped by a clamp(6) installed on the slide fixing stand, inserted with a torch(5), and a guide roller(4') for guiding a welding line is installed on a front end of a guide fixing stand(4) installed on front right and left sides of the body. Herein, a motor and a gear box(8) connected with the motor are installed inside the body, and an eternal magnet(9) is installed on the lower face.
