PURPOSE: A boundary block is provided to maintain the constancy with the clean color tone and the solidity of coloring for a long time by forming a mark of various functions with beautiful appearance, durability and excellent appearance. CONSTITUTION: A first reinforcing aggregate(1) is formed with a vacuum or a compressing method by forming a concrete for a boundary stone of a certain form, the aggregate(1) is molded by using an artificial aggregate and a general aggregate(a maximum diameter is under 19mm.) mixed in a frame with a mixer. An outer surface layer of the aggregate(1) is molded by reinforcing a second surface layer of artificial stone(2) and installed to expose a front face of a plane of a boundary block(10) toward the outside. The surface layer of artificial stone(2) comprises by mixing a broken-stone chip(a maximum diameter is under 13mm) such as marble, limestone or granite, coloring material and cement. A recess(3) of a regular depth is formed with a mold according to a mark(4) of a certain form in the front face of the surface layer(2). A surface layer(6) is formed by polishing to maintain an appearance of high quality using sand for finishing an outer surface of the boundary block(10) after coating a fluorescent pigment(5) in the recess(3).
