PURPOSE: An artificial intelligence stabilizer is provided to automatically interrupt a supply of an input power to a fluorescent light through detection if an excessive voltage is supplied to a filament inside of the fluorescent light due to some failure inside thereof. CONSTITUTION: If a power supply switch is on in the present invention, noise of an AC input power supply (Vin) is eliminated through an EMI filter (electromagnetic interference filter; 201). The alternate current input power supply (Vin) is converted into a DC power supply by a bridge diode (BD) and a smoothing capacitor (C5) after commuting and smoothing. The DC power supply is charged into a capacitor (C6) through a resistor (R1) having a high resistance value. Once the capacitor (C6) is completely charged, the power supply voltage of a diode AC switch (DIAC) reaches a level sufficient to operate. Once the diode AC switch (DIAC) operates, a first switching element (FET1) inside of an inverter (205) is switched on. According to the switch-on of the first switching element (FET1), a fluorescent light (20¬) is switched on, thereby stop operating the diode AC switch (DIAC) with no power supply thereto.
