PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence device is provided to improve the luminous efficiency by spin coating an electron transport layer over a luminescence layer, at the same time preventing the luminescence layer from being damaged and achieving cost savings. CONSTITUTION: An electroluminescence organic device includes an electron transport layer formed between a pair of electrodes. The electron transport layer has an alcohol-soluble polymer of 50 to 90 weight % and an electron transport functional material of 0.1 to 50 weight %. The alcohol-soluble polymer is a nonionic polymer such as polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyvinylpyridine and polyethyleneoxide or an ionic polymer containing ion of 0.01 to 50% in average per repetition, such as a lithium salt of polystyrene sulfonic acid, nitrate thereof, lithium salt of nafion and nitrate thereof. The electron transport functional material is selected from a group consisting of 8-hydroxyquinolino-aluminum (Alq3), benzoquinolinol complex (Bebq2), non complex-based 1,3,4-oxadiazol derivatives (PBD), tiazole derivatives (TAZ), phenantrolin derivatives (MEPHPH), or is selected from a group consisting of lithium trifluoromethansulfonate (LiCF3SO3), lithium per chlorate (LiClO4), lithium tetrafluoroborate (LiBF4), lithium hexa fluorophosphate (LiPF6) and lithium bistrifluoromethansulfonylamide (LiN(CF3SO2)2).
