PURPOSE: A tape/card for identifying rotten and harmful food is provided to supply a safe food to a consumer by using a check tape/card to check rottenness, change in quality, toxic chemicals, and extraneous matters. CONSTITUTION: A tape/card for identifying rotten and harmful food is identify a quality of food by using a simple tape or a card. The tape(or the card) comprises a check tape/card and medical supplies varied by the check tape(or the check card). The check tape(or the check card) is formed with the varying medical supplies. The check tape/card is adhered on a pack, a paper bag, and a bottle containing the food.
