PURPOSE: An apparatus for machining nut assembly space of rolling mill is provided to effectively prevent the stress concentration on the inner upper corner in the nut assembly space, thereby preventing the crack or damage of the rolling mill due to the nut and increasing the durability and life span of the rolling equipment. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for machining nut assembly space of rolling mill includes a driving part(10) having a motor(5) mounted on a top of a rolling mill(200) and a spindle(7) rotatable connected to a rotation shaft(53) of the motor and perpendicularly arranged in a nut assembly space(270) of the rolling mill, a bite machining part(30) mounted in the center of the spindle to rotate in association with the spindle for machining an inner upper corner(270a) of the nut assembly space with a bite(B) and movable in the up/down and radius directions with relation to the spindle, a moving part(80) mounted on a lower part of the spindle for transferring the rotation of the spindle to the machining part to change the movement direction of the bite(B), and a template(70) detachably fixed in the center of the spindle and providing a guide surface(70a) for the bite to machine the inner upper corner.
