<p>PURPOSE:To form the nutrient transfusion-contg. bag for aseptic mixing and dosing of an amino acid transfusion and a fat transfusion by housing both transfusions to the respective chambers of the two-chamber bag in such a manner that the total fat weight in the fat transfusion to the total amino acid weight in the amino acid transfusion attains a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:The nutrient transfusion-contg. bag which is housed with the amino acid transfusion and the fat transfusion in the respective chambers of the two-chamber bag so as to attain 0.5 to 1 ratio of the total fat weight in the fat transfusion to the total amino acid weight in the amino acid transfusion is formed. The two-chamber bag is a soft bag-shaped container made of plastics and the central part thereof is thermally welded separably to a band shape. A transfusion injection port or discharge port is provided to each of the two chambers which are liquidtightly isolated. The amino acid transfusion and the fat transfusion are packed and hermetically sealed respectively in gaseous nitrogen flow in the respective chambers of the two-chamber bag and are then subjected to high-pressure steam sterilization.</p> |
