PURPOSE: An underpinning frame having casters for supporting a cabinet is provided for inhibiting bottom surface of cabinet made of metal from being rusted by moisture and dust from floor, and promoting easy movement or displacement of cabinet body with less force of one man. The inventional frame also make it possible to protect the bottom surface of cabinet from various contaminants of environment. CONSTITUTION: The underpinning frame for supporting a cabinet comprises: a bottom plate which is located beneath the bottom surface of cabinet with corresponding to square shape of bottom surface of cabinet, and support the weight of cabinet and contents therein; four casters equipped beneath the four corners of the bottom plate; and the short walls which vertically stand from four edges of the bottom plate, and respectively meet at right angle, the front of which may have a portion having the lower height of wall.
