CUTTING WHEEL HAVING DIAMOND TIP

PURPOSE: A cutting wheel having a diamond tip is provided to prevent a disk damage when a round face is processed and to improve the durability of a tool and the quality of a cutting unit by preventing shaking or vibrating when rotating at a high speed. CONSTITUTION: A cutting wheel is composed of a circular plate type disk(11), plural diamond tips(12) attached to a circumference of the disk, plural first reinforcing tips(12) extended in a direction of a radius inner side, plural second reinforcing tips(14) extended in the direction of the radius inner side and plural cutting units(16) cut a radius direction on the circumference of the disk. Herein, the heat stress of the disk and the twisted event of the cutting wheel are prevented by discharging the heat of a high temperature generated when a processed material is cut at a high speed or when the diamond tip is attached to the disk.
