PURPOSE: A braided hat type friction generating body and a making up method are provided, having a cylinder body embedded with a mechanical motor fan to improve the equal degree and efficiency of reproduction by equally abrading a binder attached to the surface of sand particles and a rib optimized to make friction big and to smooth its flow. CONSTITUTION: A rotating-friction type device is comprised of a hopper(2) for storing waste casting sand to reproduce, a cup type cylinder body(3) for generating radius directional friction by giving a centrifugal force to the sand supplied from the hopper, a mechanical motor fan(4) for smoothly circulating the sand inside the cup type cylinder body by making the flow of air flow in a radius direction, a braided-hat type friction generating body(5) for leading to generate friction in a circumferential direction, a vertical electric motor and a discharging chute(7) for sending back the sand. Thereby, the braided-hat type friction generating body, the cup type cylinder body, the mechanical motor fan and so on improve the efficiency of reproduction by leading to equally generate the radius or circumferential direction frictions.
