The equipment for extrusion of aluminum soft and hard aluminum alloys, as well as other metals can be forged or cast. If it is forged, the equipment is with triangular front and back disc (1) and (2) and three columns that connect the ones mentioned (4). If it is cast, the discs (1 and 2) are with squared form and they are connected with four columns (4). This equipment is with reduced personal weight, and increased productivity. As it consists of several kinds of recipients (5) different in length and in diameter comes out a possibility for obtaining the smallest, actually the biggest profiles in length and in cross-section. The empty runnings are cut for at least two times through the plunger (7). With the mechanism for raw material a fast delivery of the raw material and cleaning the extrudowaste in the same time is provided. |
