A device for facilitating the loading of a non-automatic hunting weapon, i.e. a side-by-side or over-and-under double barrel gun, comprises a body (1), in which a couple of substantially cylindrical seats (2) are formed, for housing respective loading cartridges (4, 19) of the gun. The body (1) supports means (11, 15) for elastically blocking the cartridges (4, 19) within the seats (2), said means (11, 15) being fit to be overcome by an external action to allow the substantially simultaneous release of the cartridges (4, 19) from the seats (2) into the barrels of the gun.
