PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the unnatural images by deforming the images projected via a projector that is placed at an optional position and projecting these deformed images as if the images projected from a desired set position were viewed from the position of the projector. SOLUTION: A selected pixel (Xdot, Ydot) is converted into the angle (αk,δk) of a lens principal point based on the space of the pixel. The coordinates are rotated to set the position of an optical axis at (R, O, O) on a projection screen provided on a dome, and the placing position coordinates of a projector are transformed. The coordinates (X', Y', Z') of an intersection set between a straight line connecting the projecting position (αk,δk) of a pixel that is projected from an ideal placing position to the lens principal point and a virtual plane that is distant from the lens principal point by an optional distance is calculated. The coordinates are rotated so that the said calculated coordinates overlap the XY coordinates showing a position set on the virtual plane. Then the calculated coordinates are transformed into the position of the pixel based on the pixel space. The original pixel (Xdot, Ydot) is moved to the transformed pixel position. |
