PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stabilizing power source which reduces power loss at the voltage dropper and enables reduction in heat generation at the voltage dropper and downsizing and price reduction. SOLUTION: One end side of an auxiliary winding Nb in an auxiliary power circuit part 2 is made a section for generation of a first supply voltage (Vx) from a main power source circuit part 1, and an intermediate tap IT of the auxiliary winding Nb is made into a section for the generation of a second supply voltage (Vy) which is smaller than the first supply voltage (Vx), and this stabilizing power unit is provided with first and second diodes D4 and D5 as voltage lead means which leads the first supply voltage (Vx) to a control circuit 3 via a voltage dropper 5 as the voltage of its operation, when the first supply voltage (Vx) is not more than a prescribed voltage, and leads the second supply voltage (Vy) to the control circuit 3, not via the voltage dropper 5 when the first supply voltage (Vx) is not less than the prescribed voltage.
