PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent discrepancy from being generated in a holding moving image file by providing a prior allocation means on a video server side and making the prior allocation means allocate the storage area of a prescribed size in a storage means for write request object data prior to the write operation of a delay write means. SOLUTION: The delay write means 104 considers the size of a data block temporarily stored in a write buffer 103 and the size of the storage area allocated in advance and judges whether or not to return a write end notice to an application 101. For instance, in the case that the securing of an area for storing the data block D4 is notified from a notice reception means 110 in the state of temporarily storing the data blocks D2 and D3 in the write buffer 103, the delay write means 104 which receives a write request WD4 from the application 101 judges that the write end notice ED4 can be returned. At the time of receiving the write request WD5, it judges that it can not be returned.
