PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent light leakage from one flashing irradiation unit into another flashing irradiation unit by installing in translucent globes two or more of the flashing irradiation units for flashingly irradiating light toward a desired direction, and by shading the flashing irradiation units from one another by shading plates. SOLUTION: Shading plates 10, 10 screen and partition shade reflector type units 8, 8 and inner lens type units 9, 9 of flashing irradiation units installed in translucent globes 2, 2 into parts corresponding to the respective units. The flashlight generated by the reflector type units 8, 8 is prevented from being emitted through partial globes 3a, 3a and the flashlight generated by the inner lens type units 9, 9 is also prevented from being emitted through partial globes 3b, 3b by the screening, so that the irradiation purpose of the flashlight is clarified. In particular, because both the edges 10b, 10b of the shading plates are positioned so as to abut on boundary parts 11, 11 between the partial globes 3a, 3a and the partial globes 3b, 3b, the light leakage between regions can completely be prevented.
