PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively realize a display system which clearly displays information on fire monitoring through the use of various lightness and colors and to easily generate and change picture data. SOLUTION: In the display system of a fire warning system, a receiver 40 to which terminal units 3, 4, 5... are connected is installed. A digital camera 60 provided with picture data storage means 69 storing plural pieces of picture data on a monitoring processing and video signal output means 70 and 71 converting picture data into video signals and outputting them is provided. When fire is informed, a picture indication signal selecting the picture of the digital camera 60 from the receiver 40 is outputted and the picture stored in the digital camera 60 is displayed on a television receiver 8 based on the picture indication signal.
