PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a processing speed in a device that performs plural image processing to image data. SOLUTION: A synchronous circuit performs image processing in which high speed processing such asγcontrol can be performed in the entire area of original image data 100. On the other hand, an asynchronous circuit such as a separate MPU(microprocessor) performs processing of an area such as character areas 100a and 100b in the data 100 that needs matrix computing. One piece of image data is obtained by synthesizing these processing results.
