PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly detect the mismatching between account data and debt and credit data by providing a detecting means that detects mismatching based on a matching rule when the mismatching exists between the data. SOLUTION: A matching check starting part 9 starts matching check processing part 10 according to the designation of a start opportunity. The start opportunity (execution timing) is settable, for instance, daily, monthly, etc. The matching check processing part 10 compares journal detailed data 4, the balance data 5 of every account, debt and credit detailed data 7 and debt and credit balance data 8 in a designated range (data date, etc.), based on a matching rule and checks to see whether or not difference exists. If mismatching exists, an alarm notice processing part 11 is started to notify of mismatching detection. The part 11 displays and outputs abnormality to a displaying part 13. A result list processing part 12 outputs results of the matching check in a form of the list 14. |
