PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the monitor controller and the information communication device monitor where the man-machine interface is enhanced so as to improve the operability and a load onto a network is released. SOLUTION: A display control means 5a is provided to each of monitor controllers SW1-SWm. Then an alarm occurrence source in a display section 2 is displayed in a form of distinguishing it from others. Furthermore, a monitored device selection window that selects a device to be monitored installed in an office is open by designating an optional office on an initial menu of the display section 2 and the window can be jumped to the monitored device control menu. Furthermore, a storage section 4 stores a monitored device selection table 4a and the initial menu can be directly jumped to the monitored device display menu based on information which monitored device is selected precedingly that is obtained by referencing the monitored device selection table 4a.
