PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain plural kinds of devices with different kinds of input/output signals. SOLUTION: According to the kinds of input/output signals, one of plural interface units 30 is selectively connected with an external general use audio interface 52 of a main body 50 via a connecting cable 60. In this case, a signal processing board corresponding to the kind of an input/output signal is selectively attached to a board slot 71n on a mother board 53 inside the main body 50. For example, when the input/output signal is an analog audio signal, an analog processing board 54A is attached to the board slot 71n on the mother board 53. Also, when the input/output signal is a digital audio signal, a digital processing board 54D is attached to the board slot 71n.
