PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor storage device which can suppress decreasing of read signals because of adjacent noises of bit lines, and speed up a precharge operation after completing a write operation. SOLUTION: Signals of an equal phase are supplied to a reference side bit line and a data side bit line of each of a plurality of bit line pairs BLn, /BLn connected to a first and a second sense amplifiers SSAb, SSAa respectively. The second signal of an opposite phase to the first signal supplied to a first bit line pair connected to the second sense amplifier is supplied to a first bit line pair connected to the first sense amplifier. The fourth signal of an opposite phase to the third signal supplied to a second bit line pair connected to the second sense amplifier is supplied to a second bit line pair connected to the first sense amplifier.
