<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a switch even if collection energy is not sufficient by installing a power semiconductor switch module, which is sandwiched by one or above power semiconductor switches and a heat transmission board and has an integrated thermoelectric heat generator generating power. SOLUTION: Power MOS-gate type switches 12 and 14 and a protection circuit 16 are loaded on a thermoelectric heat generator layer. The thermoelectric heat generator layer is loaded on a heat transmission board. A DC/DC converter 22 loaded on the thermoelectric heat generator layer is a single unit with a division converter 24 and a power detector 26, which are connected to single DC input 28. For supplying the power of the DC/DC converter 22 via the power detector 26, two terminals 30 and 32 are connected to the thermoelectric heat generator layer. Thus, the output voltage of the division converter 24 is used for the supply of power to a gate drive circuit, until the thermoelectric heat generator layer generates sufficient voltage to the DC/DC converter 22.</p> |
