PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rotational accuracy from decreasing and efficiency from decreasing by controlling the on/off timing of a group of semiconductors being incorporated into a bridge for generating a rotary magnetic field. SOLUTION: Hall sensors S1, S2, and S3 in a motor M1 detect the rotary angle of a motor and inputs it to a control circuit 1, where signals (k)-(p) for generating phase output (u), (v), and (w) are outputted from signals d, e, and f, and revolutions control level signal (i) or the like. Then, when each of the output is at a high level, FETs Q1-Q6 are turned on, thus switching the FETs Q1-Q6, generating phase output (u), (v), and (w), exciting inductors L1, L2, and L3 of the motor M1, and rotating a rotor. In this case, the rising timing of the phase output (u), (v), and (w) is controlled by the voltage of the revolutions control level signal (i) and the revolutions of the motor are also controlled, thus preventing unneeded switching loss from being generated and rotational accuracy from decreasing. |
