PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pulse control circuit, capable of obtaining pulses which synchronize with an input clock and are fixed to an arbitrary duty ratio. SOLUTION: This pulse control circuit is equipped with a waveform generating circuit 2, which is initialized in synchronism with the input pulse clock signal and generates a waveform increasing or decreasing monotonously with elapse of time, a peak value detecting circuit 3 which detects and holds the output voltage before the waveform generating circuit is initialized, a voltage dividing circuit 4 which outputs the divided voltage obtained by dividing the detected and held output voltage before the initialization at a prescribed frequency dividing ratio, and a comparator 5, which compares the output voltage of the waveform generating circuit with the output voltage of the voltage dividing circuit.
