PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminate type noise filter which can remove both the normal-mode noise and common-mode noise irrespective of circuit impedance. SOLUTION: A spiral coil 21 composed of coil conductors 6a to 6e and a spiral coil 22 composed of coil conductors 7a to 7e are coupled electromagnetically in an in phase state to function as a common-mode choke coil and to remove common-mode noise. A capacitor 23 constituted of capacitor conductors 8a and 8b remove the normal-mode noise. The axes of the spiral coils 21 and 22 are parallel with respect to the stacking direction of insulating sheets 2 and 3 and the mounting surface of the noise filter.
