PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch device capable of realizing a cost reduction by omitting a dedicated shock-absorbing material for a liquid crystal display part. SOLUTION: In a rubber contact point member 7, a perpendicular extending portion 7a stood along a longitudinal wall 2a of a switch case 2 and a horizontal extending portion 7b formed on an upper end thereof are formed. A display aperture 18 coincident with an aperture edge portion 11a of a window aperture 11 is formed on the horizontal extending portion 7b. The horizontal extending portion 7b is used as a shock-absorbing material 19 against a liquid crystal display unit 12 and is clamped between the aperture edge 11a of the window aperture 11 and the liquid crystal display part 13 when the liquid crystal display unit 12 is assembled to the switch case 2.
