EL INVERTER USING SIMULATED INDUCTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep matching of a load impedance phase capable of efficiently driving an EL element. SOLUTION: An oscillator is formed out of a wound transformer 55 and a transistor 5, and the voltage of a load circuit for driving an EL element 20 is raised by the wound transformer 55. For optimizing a load circuit phase, a simulated inductor 10 is connected in series to the capacity of the EL element 20 as load capacity. A resonance circuit is thereby formed and the EL element 20 is driven on a drive frequency near a resonance frequency.
