PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and easily help sufficiently bending one's body backward. SOLUTION: A supporting device 1 is formed of a pair of supporting frames 2 and two supporting bars 3 vertically holding these frames 2. The lower edge parts 2a and the upper edge parts 2b of the frames 2 are made parallel with each other, the bars 3 are made a little longer than the width of a lumbar part and the parts 2a of the frames 2 and the end parts of the bars 3 are fixed lest the parts 2b of the frames 2 easily approach each other. A belt 4 is suspended at the parts 2b of the frames 2 through connecting tools 5 with length adjusting parts 5b and a lumbar fitting plate 6 provided with plural projections 6a which can be abutted on the lumbar part of a user is fixed to the belt 4. |
