CENTRIFUGAL MIXER FOR POWDER-LIKE MATERIALS

FIELD: mixing of powder-like and granulated materials. SUBSTANCE: mixer includes housing with hollow rotor fitted in this housing on vertical shaft; inner cavity of rotor has form of parabola in section passing through axis of rotation with its vertex directed downward; parabola of lesser diameter is mounted on flat base. Mixer includes devices for loading and unloading materials and drive of rotor. Parabola of lesser diameter is conjugated with parabola of rotor by means of two similar parabolas located on sides. Upper ends of parabola of rotor are rounded-off by means of incomplete parabolas with vortex upward whose sizes are similar to parabolas on flat base. Flat base has support on vertices located on sides of parabolas. Coefficient "a" in rotor parabola equation ranges from 0.10 to 0.15. EFFECT: improved operational and technological indices. 4 dwg
