PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce working as a large bending force on an upper-lower place adjusting device of the load of a form supporting member at a time when the supporting member is displaced largely in the lateral direction. SOLUTION: A form supporting member 11 is supported onto a rail 3 in a manner that the member 11 can be made to travel through an upper-lower adjusting device 14 (a cylinder device) and a lateral-place adjusting device 15. A roller is interposed between a lower member on the rail 3 side and an upper member on the form supporting member 11 side. The roller is brought to a rollable state to both members respectively. The roller is held rotatably to a truck, and displaced in the lateral direction by rotating a screw rod held to the lower member in a non-displaceable manner rotatably in the axial direction. The truck, the roller, is only displaced in the lateral direction by the L of the half of 2L for displacing the form supporting member 11 in the lateral direction by 2L.
