PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the installation structure of a bathroom unit, in which the mounting surface of the bathroom unit installed on the upper floor of a building lower than the floor face of the upper floor easily. SOLUTION: In the installation structure of the bathroom unit 1, in which the bathroom unit 1 is mounted on the upper floor of a building constructed in upper and lower floors, a plurality of frame beam materials 7 are stretched between the opposed sections of horizontal structural materials 4 connecting wall panels 2, 3 on the upper and lower floors through metal fittings 6 under the state, in which the top faces of the frame beam materials 7 are lowered to sections lower than an adjacent upper-floor floor face 9, and the bathroom unit 1 can be set up onto the frame beam materials 7.
