PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slab construction method that can advance the work of a following stair immediately after the installation of a slab plate while conducting the joint of slab plates and the joint of a slab and beam positively by placing cast-in-place concrete. SOLUTION: A hollow slab 18 provided in a manner holding slab reinforcing bars 12 and separating PCa plates 14, 16 vertically is used, and the hollow slab 18 is installed by crossing beams 20. Joint bars 26 are disposed at the hollow parts of the hollow slab plates 18 to be set over between the joint parts 22 of the hollow slab plates 18 and joint parts 24 of the hollow slab plates 18 being arranged by holding the beam 20. Then, cast-in-place concrete is placed within the hollow parts 18a of the hollow slab plates 18.
