PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel attachment for special effects of a camera, capable of being easily operated with a compatively simple configuration and improving the description of a photograph by generating optical bleeding around an object. SOLUTION: A cylindrical member 1, whose inner face 2 is formed with a reflection area by mirror finish, is fixed removably on a horizontal supporting plate 3 with what is called a hook-and-loop tapes 4, 5. The support plate is movable vertically by operating a knob 14 for adjusting vertical positions and by driving a gear 12 that meshes with a rack 10 on the outer face of a stem 6. A horizontal slide plate 7 for supporting the stem is inserted retractably back and forth into a sleeve 15, and by loosening or tightening a screw 17 which is installed on one side of the sleeve and which is for adjusting the forward and backward position, the slide plate is moved to a desired position in that direction and fixed. The entire attachment is fixed on the bottom face of the camera 20 by means of a fixing screw 18 at the rear end of the sleeve. While an object to be photographed is sharply picked up in the center of the image, optical bleeding is generated in the periphery, bleeding due to the reflected light of the object from the inner face of the cylindrical member, thereby easily enabling the description/expression of a photograph that is more imaginative and checkered than before.
