发明名称 Switching device for protecting electronic equipment against short circuit
摘要 The switch (1) has a micro-controller (7) which drives a controlled switch (2)fitted on an electrical network between a phase (4) and a load (3) connected to a neutral (5). The switch (1) has protection against electrical faults which includes: - an electrical fault sensor (8) which monitors the current between the phase (4) and the load (3), and; - a protection and memory unit (9) connected to the sensor (8) so as to receive from the latter an eventual electrical fault signal. The protection system is designed to put into memory a fault signal state and: - to actuate the blocking of the controlled switch (2) whilst the fault state remains in memory, and; - to send fault data to the micro-controller (7), and; - to receive from the micro-controller (7) and end of fault signal from the memory. The means for controlled switching (2) is composed of two switches (Q1,Q2) of the type known as IGBT, symmetrically arranged by their emitters around a reference point (14) of the power mounting, and connected by their collectors; Q1 to a phase (4) and Q2 to the load (3).
