摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the assembling operability of an apparatus by housing a supporting substance, a rotor arranged concentrically with this and having a magnetized pattern on a surface opposed to the supporting substance, and a pattern detecting substance in a housing substance, adjusting their positions mutually. SOLUTION: A rotation detector to be used for self-contained rotors of cameras, etc., is provided with a magnetic drum 10 having a center opening 13 for example, and a magnetized pattern is formed on its peripheral surface. On the periphery of the magnetic drum 10, a slip bush 20 is arranged, and a magnetic sensor 22 for detecting the magnetized pattern is fixed to the recession 21 in the internal peripheral part of the bush 20, making the gap between the head surface of the sensor 22 and the external surface of the magnetic drum 10 a specified one. In a case 30, the magnetic drum 10, bush 20, etc., are assembled and integrated using plates 41, 42 and a snap ring 50, and it is constituted as a sensor unit. As the result of this, gap adjustment between the magnetic sensor 22 and the magnetized pattern, etc., become unnecessary, when they are fitted to a measuring object.
