PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate various kinds of problems arising from the difference in coefficient of thermal expansion between metal formed member and resin formed member in a composite sash. SOLUTION: This composite sash is so constituted that resin rails 10p of ventilator rails 10 and 10A are made slightly short in comparison with metal rails, both ends of each of the metal rails are closely contacted to both up and down ends of each of metal stiles 1 to connect, at the same time, spaces S for absorbing thermal expansion of the resin rails 10p of the rails 10 and 10A are formed between the resin rails 10p and metal stiles 1. A horizontal cover section 21 is provided, being mounted to both up and down ends of each of pull-bars formed in the metal rails of inside meeting rails to the cut-off end face thereof, and an extension section 2 3a for covering the space is provided to a vertical cover section of a resin pull-bar cap 20 having the vertical cover section 23 for covering the indoor exposed surfaces of the cut-off sections. |
