PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic sound transducing device used for an electronic clinical thermometer which transduces an electronic sound into the vibration of a vibrating body and/or the blinking of light. SOLUTION: The electronic sound transducing device 1 is used while mounted on the electronic clinical thermometer 5 which has a built-in sound source, and comprises an electronic sound detection part 2 which is composed of a housing nearly in a rectangular prism shape, a cable part 4 which transmits the signal from the detection part 2, and an alarm part 3 equipped with a lamp 34 which is vibrated with the signal and blinks. When a sound source 54 generates an electronic sound indicating the end of temperature measurement while the electronic sound detection part 2 is mounted on the electronic clinical thermometer 5, the electronic sound is detected by a microphone 22 and the detection signal is transmitted through the cable part 4 to drive the motor 31 of the alarm part 3, thereby vibrating the alarm part 3 and making the lamp 34 blink.
