PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of shop fabrication, site works, transportation or the like, and to enhance the accuracy of furring strips, the mounting accuracy of fittings and an external facing material, cost, safety on the execution of works or the like by simplifying and standardizing a component. SOLUTION: End plates 14, from which lateral furring strips at the upper end section of the furring-strip panel are hung, and end plates 15 supporting lateral furring strips at the lower end section of the furring-strip panel are installed to the steel frame by shop fabrication. The furring-strip panel 5 having the upper lateral furring strips 6 of the furring-strip panel at an upper end, the lower lateral furring strips 7 of the furring-strip panel at a lower end and the end-section vertical furring strips 8 of the furring-strip panel at left-right ends is manufactured in a factory in size capable of being transported by a truck. Metal hangers are connected to metal hangers by bolts, and the hangers and the upper hanging EPLs 14 are connected by the bolts. In an execution field, furring-strip panel lower mounting supporting metal-fittings are placed on the lower support EPLs 15 and united by the bolts, and the lateral furring strips are put on the support metal fittings and united by the bolts. When the furring-strip panels are arranged to the upper and lower sections of the steel frame, a specified opening is formed, and T-shaped furring strips are mounted as required. Fittings or the like are set up previously to the furring-strip panel 5 in the factory.
