PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability and the design on appearance by reducing the number of switches. SOLUTION: A main power source switch is used also as a pop-up detection switch in a body 1, and a lock mechanism 6 for locking a pop-up stroboscope in a housed state is provided in the body 1. When the pop-up stroboscope 4 is depressed once, the stroboscope turns to be housed in the body 1 and locked in such a state by the mechanism 6. By detecting such a state with the pop-up detection switch, a main power source is turned off. When the stroboscope 4 is depressed yet once more, the locked state is released and the stroboscope 4 projects from the body 1. By detecting such a state by the pop-up detection switch, the main power source is turned on.
