PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a heating wire firmly connectable to a connector pin, by connecting the copper silicon alloy-made heating wire containing a respective specific amount of Si, Mn, Cu to the copper silicon alloy-made connector pin by resistance welding. SOLUTION: In case of manufacture for a joint, first an inner molded body 1 is molded from a thermoplastic resin so as to integrally provide a helical groove 2 and fixed seats 4a, 4b. Next connector pins 5a, 5b are fixedly inserted in the fixed seats 4a, 4b, thereafter one end of a heating wire 3 is connected to the connector pin 5a by resistance welding, to be wound along the helical groove 2, the other end is connected to the connector pin 5b by resistance welding. The heating wire 3 used here is used with the copper silicon alloy-made wire consisting by weight ratio of Si:3.0 to 4.2%, Mn:0.2% or less and Cu. The copper silicon alloy-made wire is used also relating to the connector pins 5a, 5b. Thereafter, the inner 1 is set in an outer molding metal mold, and an outer 6 is molded by the same thermoplastic resin, to obtain a joint completed product.
