<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breaker defective point standardization device wherein a defect occurring at a breaker is surely detected. SOLUTION: The vibration occurring at a gas-insulating vessel 1 is detected by a vibration detecting sensor 3, and a pulse is generated when the detected signal exceeds a threshold 5 in a signal processing circuit 4. For a defect present in a breaker, since vibrations are observed twice, vibration due to grounding 2 and that following the release operation of a breaker part 8, in a prescribed time period, a counter 9 counts an inputted pulse, and the breaker is decided to have become defective, when counted twice within a specified period for outputting on a display device 6.</p> |
