PIPE JOINT STRUCTURE AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe joint structure entirely made out of synthetic resin, which is inexpensive and high in reliability. SOLUTION: This joint structure is formed out of a pipe body 3 made out of hard thermal plastic resin, and of a connector 15 made out of hard thermal plastic resin to be coupled with one opening part 5 of the pipe main body 3. In this case, the connector 15 is provided with a retaining projected part 23 at the outer circumferential surface of its coupling area, and concurrently, with a sealing member 25 made out of elastic resin which is thermal plastically and integrally molded at a specified position in the outer circumferential surface at the opening part in the coupled inside of the retaining projected part 23.
