摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make developing period shorter by determining a contact point on which a pulley is held in contact with a belt, predetermining tension applied to the determined contact point, analyzing the movement of the pulley from balance of the determined tension, and deciding the designing conditions for the transmission belt mechanism. SOLUTION: A design conditions deciding part 2 is provided with a memory part 27 for storing necessary data for analyzing, and a CPU 25 for conducting operation processings based on the data stored in the memory part 27. In the memory part 27, a tension determining data 28 required for determining the tension applied on this contact point by determining the contact point, on which the respective pulley of the transmission belt mechanism, is held in contact with the timing belt, and the designing condition deciding data 29 required for deciding the designing condition of the transmission belt mechanism are stored. The CPU 25 calculates the tension based on the design determining data 28, and analyzes the movement of the pulley by deciding the balance from the determined tension. Moreover, the design conditions are decided by collating the analyzed result with design conditions deciding data 29.
